He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelsey and Norma Kelsey (Vick). He is survived by: his son Kyle Kelsey; his sister Kathleen Helkenn (John); his niece Michele Helkenn of Vista, CA.; his siblings, Bruce Kelsey and Wanda Siverson (Tom); and his nephews, Robert Baker and Joseph Baker.
