He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Kepner and Masina Kepner; his wife Ruth; his siblings, Robert Gerald "Jerry" Kepner, Charles Kepner and Marilyn Kepner; and his granddaughter Bobbi Jo.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Mattson (Barb) and David Kepner (Lisa); his sister Janet Damann (Art); his sister-in-law Mary Kepner; his grandchildren, Stephanie Winter (Travis), Luke Mattson, Justen Mosford, Zachary LaVey (Cortney), Brett Kepner and Tim Sotebeer; his great grandchildren, Marianna, Vivian and Octavia; and his great-nephew Will. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
