He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Ryan Sames (Emilee), Beth Sames (Daniel Gonzalez) and Allison Howk (Kyle); his grandchildren, Summer, James Sames, Collin, Claire and Brynley Howk; and his siblings, James Sames (Laurie), Tom Sames, Rose Ullmann (Barry) and Debbie Gosse.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be donated in honor of Patrick.
