We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Robert W. Smith Jr. of Prior Lake, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Robin Dornbusch; and his parents, Robert Smith and Geneva Smith. He is survived by: his wife Doris Smith; his children, Brenda Smith and Douglas Smith; his grandchildren, Michael Smith (Heather), Katie Smith, Christine Dornbusch and Bobby Dornbusch; and his great grandchildren, Jordynn and Ripp.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation (4565 Pleasant St SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372). The military honors will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
Memorials are preferred and will be distributed by the family in honor of Bob.
