Roger E. Schwie Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger E. Schwie of Prior Lake, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger E. Schwie to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Schwie and Isabel Schwie (Blatz); and his sister-in-law Kay Schwie. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Dan Schwie (Kathy), Mary Jo Loughran (Mary Kate), Beth Ann Guthmueller (Kurt) and Kimberly Froiland (Sigmund); his grandchildren, Sarah Lindsey (Germaine), Helen Schwie (Roberto), Claire and Ella Guthmueller; his great grandchildren, Ember, Kane, Micah and Naomi; and his brother Dale Schwie (Shilo).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be donated in honor of Roger to the Esophageal Cancer Foundation.
