He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mills and Edna Roe Virginia Mills (Skaug); and his siblings, Jerry, Dona Jean, Jack Jr., Syvilla, Tommy and Danny.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Stephen and David; his pet Junior; and his grandsons, Dalton and Dylan. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Corinthian Cemetery (4565 Pleasant St SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372). The military honors will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation (4565 Pleasant St SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372).
