She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cummings and Murial Cummings (Nagel); and her brother William. She is survived by: her husband Paul Thompson of Racine; and her children, Daryn Stoltenberg of North Mankato and Daesha Emmons of Rochester. She is also survived by 2 stepchildren, 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
