He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Dykema and Gertrude Dykema (Bruggers); his wife Carolyn Goeman; and his siblings, Roland and Eleanor.
He is survived by: his sons, Brad (Maureen) of Madison, James (Helen) of Alexandria, Paul (Elaine) of Roseville and David (Laurie) of Osakis; and his grandchildren, Tara, Reid, Diana, Brady, Danielle, Joseph, Ruslan, Dinara and Tia. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; several brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
