He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Ross and Violet Ross (Dickinson); his daughter-in-law Tammy Ross; his grandson Rudy Ross; and his siblings, Robert, Darrel, Lloyd, Bernice, Della, Jean and Twilla.

He is survived by : his wife Marjean Ross; his children, Dean Ross, Dale Ross (Vicky), Dan Ross, Dave Ross (Stephanie) and Darcy Spies (Brian); and his grandchildren, Cody Ross, Kyle Ross, Baylee Ross, Kalvin Ross, Lexi Ross, Jaimie Ross, Jacob Ross, Riley Spies and Kayla Spies. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Dingmann Funeral Home (1545 N McMillan St, Worthington, MN 56187).
