He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Majeres of Peter's Catholic Church; his children, Karen Tansey (Kevin) of Apple Valley, Mark Majeres (Brenda) of Havre, Montana and Richard Majeres (Kasi) of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Sean, Luke Tansey, Jesse, Rachel Majeres and Camille Majeres; and his sister Barbara Dufault of Mounds View, Minnesota. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (112 Edward St NE, Red Lake Falls, MN 56750). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery (112 Edward St NE, Red Lake Falls, MN 56750).
