He is survived by : his wife Pam of John's Lutheran Church; his children, Brian Nelson (Lisa), Shelly Knott (Paul), Branden Nelson (Shelly) and Kelsey Gervais (Jordon); his grandchildren, Allison Nelson (Nick), Matthew Nelson (Quianah), Nolan Knott (Shelby), Emily Kokett (Martin), Olivia Arnold (Devin), Jenna McFarlin (Cameron), Chase Nelson, Zoey Knott, Boe Nelson and Clayton Gervais; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Jones, Creed Nelson, Gracelynn, Noah, Isaac Kokett, Sophia, Kael and Nora Arnold; his siblings, Karen Butgereit (Melvin), Linda Koch, Tom Nelson (Diane), Candy Cynkar, Jill Kremsreiter (Lee) and Kim Rasmussen (Sam); and his in-laws, Darrell Smith, Penny Dardis (Roger), Chuck Flage (Margie), Deb Grebin (Larry), Lon Flage (Lynette) and John Flage (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
