He was predeceased by: his parents, George Arndt and Evelyn Arndt (Puppe); his brother-in-law Norm Hagen; and his nephews, Brent Diercks and Jeff Harrington.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marion Huselid (Dennis), Judy Durdahl (John) of Rochester, Georgene Arndt, Kay Scott of Lake City, Donna Hagen of Eagan, Karen Merritt (Jim) of Hastings, Bill Arndt (Brenda) of Menomonie, Jim Arndt (Mary Jo) of Red Wing, Phyllis Diercks (Gary), Nancy Scharpen (Willis) of Goodhue and Dale Arndt of Sheldon, Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to St. John's Lutheran Church or the Conservation Club.
