He is survived by: his children, Jeff Matthees (Beth) and Jackie Matthees; his grandsons, Ethan (Mya Hoffman), Sean and Alex; his girlfriend Cindy Odman; and his sisters, Connie Flom (Mark), Mary Kluver, Pat Ryan (Don) and Denise Stabel (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
