He was predeceased by: his parents, David O. Brown and Katherine J. Brown (Conroy); his brother Daniel; and his sister-in-law Kendra. He is survived by: his brother Steven Brown (Barbara) of Red Wing. He is also survived by two nephews, a great-niece and a great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Goodhue County Historical Society.
