She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Foster and Esther Foster (Hillman); and her sister Catherine Foster. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Meier; her daughter Penny Meier of Red Wing; and her grandchildren, Tony Tri and Jamie Tri. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; three great great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
