Guy B. Heins Obituary
We announce the death of Guy B. Heins of Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 77. Guy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Tom; his parents-in-law, Clem and Annetta Strauss; and his sister-in-law Mary King. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Strauss; his children, Elizabeth "Betsy" Hines (Andy), Sharon Moritz (Matt) and Guy Bradford "Brad" Heins Jr.; his grandsons, Joe and Patrick Hines; and his stepgrandson Austin Hines. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heins (32244 Hill Ave, Red Wing, MN 55066).
Memorials are preferred to the Red Wing Area Food Shelf or Alzheimer's Association.
