He was predeceased by: his father Peter Tingblad; and his brother Todd Tingblad. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Tingblad (Woodward); his son Andy; his brother Kirk Tingblad (Joan Balcome); his sister-in-law Chris Canino; his nieces and nephews, Trent, Derek Tingblad, Crystal Staub and Marina Tingblad; and his former wife Mary Tingblad.
