In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Justin had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Justin may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his parents, Jim Eppen and Lori Eppen of Red Wing; his brothers, Chad of Red Wing and Jerrod Eppen (Deanna); his niece Zoey; and his nephew Asher of Blaine, MN. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials are preferred to the Environmental Learning Center.
