He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Robert and Alice Kiecker (Jacquinet). He is survived by: his wife Janice Kiecker; his children, Lisa Weckerling (Kent) of Goodhue, Todd Kiecker of Red Wing, Chris Kiecker (Stephanie) of Red Wing and Nicole Ryan (Jesse) of Red Wing; and his brother Jack Kiecker (Kathy) of Woodbury. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to American Cancer Society.
