She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Norton and Louise Norton (DeFrang); her husband Arlan Banks; her son-in-law Dan Rollie; her great grandchildren, Mason and Jason; and her siblings, Roxanne Matz, Donald Norton and Arnold DeFrang.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Rollie of Georgetown and Jim Banks (Lisa) of Oronoco; her grandchildren, Lisa Castillo (Rob) of Round Rock, Amy Rollie, Kelly Rollie (James Greer) of Georgetown, Cameron Banks (Jennifer) of Rice, Jesse Banks (Carly) of Pine Island and Matthew Banks (Alexis) of St. Cloud; her great grandchildren, Matthew Dowell (Jordan), Karli Jackson, Colton, Austin, Adelynn Greer, Caelei, Dakota, Sierra, Braden Banks and Henry Banks; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Banks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (615 W 5th St, Red Wing, MN 55066). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
