He was predeceased by: his grandfather Phillip Carlson (Heavenly); and his parents, Gertrude Carlson (Hancock) and Paul Carlson. He is survived by: his daughter Jacklyn Hayes (Greg); his grandchild Aubry; and his sisters, Patricia Masich, Pamela Warren (John), Paula and Pauline. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
