She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Jonas and Hazel Jonas (Goplen); her brother Francis Jonas; her grandson Kyle Nickelsen; and her brother-in-law Wendell Whipple.
She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, David of Ellsworth and Lori; her grandchildren, Tyler Nickelsen, Halie Foster (Michael) and Mariah Nickelsen (Josh); her sister Ann Whipple (Jonas); and her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Jonas (Diercks), Mary and Jerry Bristol. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bodelson-Mahn Chapel (602 Plum St, Red Wing, MN 55066). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
