He is survived by: his wife Linda Brunkhorst; his children, Richard Brunkhorst Jr., Dana Brunkhorst and Dan Brunkhorst (Trudy); and his stepchildren, Patricia Mackie (James), Annette Kelley (Tim), Lisa Adams (Michael), Thomas Adams (Katherine), Cory Reese, Jason Reese, Billy Reese and Nick Reese. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel (602 Plum St, Red Wing, MN 55066).
