He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilary Sammon and Harriet Sammon (Curtis); and his daughter Jody Dodge. He is survived by: his wife Carol Schultz; his children, Cindi Simonson (Mike) of Red Wing, Brett Sammon (Jennie) of Hager City, Bart Sammon of Maple Grove, Jeff of Turtle Lake, WI and Joyce Sahli of Almena, WI; his siblings, Joseph Sammon, Jr. (Raye) of Colorado Springs, Jerome "Jerry" Sammon (Mary Ann) of Florida and Pat Hallman of St. Charles, MO; his son-in-law Darryl Dodge (Julie) of Turtle Lake; and his sister-in-law Joan Nasby (David) of Faribault. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to St. Croix Hospice.
