She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Blattner and Bette Blattner (Anderson); her sister-in-law Judy Gullickson (Roger Markham); and her nephew Damon Gullickson. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her sister Diane DeMarino (Tom); her sister-in-law Sara Markham; and her nieces and nephews, Micky, Jodi, Lori, Matt and Todd.
Memorials can be made in Sally's name to the American Cancer Society.
