It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Sorensen of Red Wing, Minnesota, born in Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ulric Harman and Wilma Harman (Urwiller); her brother Charles; and her sister-in-law Waltrude. She is survived by : her husband W. Dale Sorensen of Hastings; and her children, Walter C. Sorensen (Mary Jo) of Woodbridge, VA, Michael Sorensen of Cottage Grove, Eric Sorensen of Round Rock, TX and Lynda Pekowski (Ray) of Austin, TX.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.
In place of flowers the family requests donations to your local American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or American Heart Association.
