He is survived by: his wife Mickey Lee; his daughter Nicole Moore; his granddaughter Sophia Moore; his stepdaughters, Mickey Zimmer and Chelly Christiansen (Shelley Peterson); his stepgrandchildren, Dionna and Dayne Zimmer; and his sister Eileen Ide (Gary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
