He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Gary, Russell and Terri; and his uncle Jordan. He is survived by : his parents, Samantha Welch (Rachuy) and Jacob Welch; his cousins, Camden and Dawson; his brother Harrison; and his grandparents, Bill, Peggy Rachuy, Troy and Tam Welch. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
