She was predeceased by : her husband Murl H. Remmele; her son Philip; her son-in-law Chris Schumacher; her parents, Rev. Theodore Bauer and Hulda Bauer (Lechner); her stepmother Hulda Bauer (Martin); and her brothers, Otto, Gehard, Hildebert (Paul), Karl, Edmund and Sigmund Bauer.
She is survived by : her children, Linda Schumacher, Paul (Berdella) of Morton, IL, Gary (Becky) of Dodge Center, MN, Daniel (SueAnn) of Echo, MN and Steven (Bonnie) of Tomah, WI; her grandchildren, Nathan Schumacher (Julie), Rachel Schaefer (Kyle), Karla McKeage (Pat), Michael Remmele (Karen), Angela Bauman (Jason), Heather Remmele, Jennifer Burton (Josh), Heidi, Amanda, Philip, Bridget and Ryan Remmele; and her sister Dorothy Kock. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran School, Martin Luther College or Bethany Lutheran College.
