He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Perkins and Hannah Perkins; his daughters, Jilene Myers and Georgene Marana (Godfrey); and his siblings, Laurene Perkins and Larry Perkins.

He is survived by : his wife Laurel Perkins; his child Debs Engen (Dean); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Deana and Jaden; his daughter Lois Perkins-Huff (Jim); his grandchildren, Brittney and Kaylin; his son Jeff Perkins (Shirley); his grandchildren, Jordan and Kane; his daughter Paula Hemsworth (Curt); his grandchildren, Miranda, Kristian, Carmen, Shannon, Darrick and Amber; his brother Philip Perkins; and his brother-in-law Inky Paulson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
