It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dale Sawvel of Remer, Minnesota, born in Tomah, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Sawvel and Pauline Sawvel; and his wife Joyce Engblom. He is survived by : his children, John Sawvel (Marla), Jeanne Sawvel, Peggy Chalich (Michael), James Sawvel and Rita Sepin (Kenneth); and his siblings, Betty Reckinger and David Sawvel. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
