She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Stevens; her sisters, Elizabeth "Bambi" and Ada Louise Hvezda; her grandparents, Darwin, Dorothy Stevens, Leslie and Veronica Hvezda; her uncles, Harlan Hvezda and Harry Hvezda; her aunt Mona Stevens; and her cousin Anthony Moytona.
She is survived by: her father Nolan Hvezda; her siblings, Amy Beaulieu, Sunshine Hvezda, Tiffany Hvezda, LaVina Hvezda, Macy Hunt and Brett Frederick; and her cousins, Dylan Hvezda, Dawson Hvezda, Darwin Beaulieu, Braxton Parker, Alicyn Hvezda, Vickie and Toni Fairbanks. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
