She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Gonnella, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Pamela Gonnella; her parents, Arthur Swanstrom and Gertrude Swanstrom; and her brother Arthur W. Swanstrom.

She is survived by: her sons, Joe Gonnella and Peter Gonnella (Debbie); her grandchildren, Sarah Gonnella, Mark Gonnella (Ashley), Luke Gonnella (Ali Fisch-Gonnella), Leah Easley (Jordan), Ruth Trinidad (Vincent) and Paul Gonnella (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Magdalena, Jane, Abigail, Olivia, Malachi, Martha, Marshall, Maisie and Lincoln. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
