Though Burton may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Burton touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nils Nielsen and Bertha Nielsen; and his brother Marvin. He is survived by: his wife Kathy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Peter's Church or donor's choice Mass of Christian Burial Friday, August 30, 2024 11:00 AM.
