He was predeceased by: his wife LaVerne; his siblings, Cecelia Kodet, Henrietta, Mary Knaresboro (Leonard), Matilda Dworshak (James), Roman (Evelyn), Stanley, Raymond, John (Dorothy) and Wencel; and his brother-in-law Alan Sweet.
He is survived by: his sister Philothea Sweet; his sisters-in-law, Gertrude and Rosemary; and his nephews, Daniel Kodet (Cathie) and Richie Knight. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
