She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Wittmann and Friedrich Wittmann; her husband Fred; and her siblings, Liesel and Friedrich "Fritz".
She is survived by: her children, Tim Johnson and Linda Mertens (Steve); and her granddaughters, Julia, Nicole and Katharine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
