She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Janisch; her son-in-law John Ziegler; and her siblings, Milan Olson (Victoria), Osmund Olson (Mildreth), Kathlyn Steinke (Duane) and Annabelle Pemberton (Butch).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ziegler, Barbara Janisch and Rev. Bruce Janisch (Bethel); her grandchildren, Rebecca Dettmann (David), Jamie Engberg (Steve), Allison Tilbury (Todd), Sarah Rindt (Ryan), Rev. Philip Janisch (Margaret) and Mary Olson (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Colby Engberg, Logan Engberg, Graham Tilbury, Claire Tilbury, Reid Tilbury, Grace Dettmann, Jack Dettmann, Ruby Rindt, Russell Rindt, Ila Janisch and Naomi Janisch.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (8100 Highwood Dr, Minneapolis, MN 55438). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
