He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sons, Joe (Malina), Jeff (Liz) and Jay (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Victoria Chlebeck; his grandchildren, Kristen Gremillion (Shawn), David Freund (Bri), Meghan Hofstee (Zach) and Gianna Bonello-Freund; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Hofstee, Lincoln Hofstee, Jackson Gremillion and Ian Hofstee. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
