He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth "Ilene"; his mother Hannah; and his son Martin Daniel "Dan". He is survived by: his son James (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Rebecca and Eric (Marit). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
