He was predeceased by : his parents, Forrest and Helen; his sister Sharon; and his brother-in-law Ron Pearson. He is survived by : his wife Kay Zuccaro; and his children, Guy Dorholt, Dana Fox (Kevin) and Kari Malo (Todd). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
