It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Harry Susag of Richfield, Minnesota, who passed away on January 14, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Susag and Hilma Susag; his sister Patricia Holmen (Donald); his wives, Mary Susag and Darlene Timm; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Susag.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Maynard (Michael), Anne, Kathryn Bauer (Urban), John, Karen (Sharon Jones) and James (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Karl, Megan (David), Zachary, Noah, Bradley (Teresa), Grace (Greyson), Thomas (Michel) and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Aurelia and Micah; and his sister Lynn El-Hoshy (Ahmed).

Russ received many awards over the years for his contributions to engineering, fraternal, community and civic organizations.
