We bid farewell to Virginia Eleanor Schreiner of Richfield, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 9, 2025 at the age of 97. Virginia Eleanor touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; her parents, Albert Fischer and Agnes Fischer; her stepmother Clara Fischer; and her siblings, Anthony Fischer, Eleanor Brunette, Loretta Fischer, Bernice Fischer, Albert Fischer and Erin Reardon.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald (Sabine), Timothy (Jill), Gary (Rosmarie) and James; her grandchildren, Branden (Chelsea), Bethany, Sulamit, Matthias, Tabea Engeloch (Micha), Jeremy, Kelsey and Andreas; her siblings, Geraldine Olson, Lorraine Fischer, Margaret Fischer, Thomas Fischer, Theresa Andrews, Mary Edwards, Paul Fischer, Frances Jenson and Joseph Fischer; and her great grandchildren, Emily and Killian. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prior Crowne Pointe Church (7121 Bloomington Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
