She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Schaefer and Catherine "Anna" Schaefer (Michels); her daughter Constance Fiereck; her siblings, Andrew, Edmund Schaefer and Lorraine Paggen; her stepbrothers, Willis, Palmer, Darrell and Harold Keske; her children-in-law, Barbara Fiereck, Randal Ramler and Gerald of Maine; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Philippi and Freya-Louise Bachman.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Catherine Ramler, Karen of Maine, Daniel Fiereck, Michael Fiereck and Cheri Meyer (Wayne); her stepsons, Ryan Shaughnessy (Heather) and Kevin Shaughnessy; and her sisters, Dorothy Gilyard (Lee) and Joann Schmiesing. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
