He is survived by: his wife Carol Knutson; his children, Michael Kettenacker (Chrissy), Mark Kettenacker (Angell) and Stacey Kettenacker; and his stepchildren, Reenay Ranallo (David) and Dorothy Fix. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
