With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Leonard Miller in Robbinsdale, Minnesota, born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2026 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Theresa Miller (Tibiatowski) and Daniel Cornelius Miller; his brother Bryan "Harry" Miller; and his grandparents, Mary Tibiatowski (Petrowski) and John Tibiatowski.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Miller (Stangl); his daughter Jamie Ernst (Robert) of Blaine, MN; his siblings, Gary Miller, Cathy Miller (Tom Steifer), Karen Elwood (Rollie Gilson) and Carla Winiecki (Michael); his brother-in-law Tom Stangl (Becky); his granddaughters, Amanda Napierala, Brianna Smaker, Candice Bissonette and Destiny Bissonette; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Prust (Murray), Shawn Miller (Kristin), Mitchell Elwood, Paul Elwood, Andrew Steifer, Kyle Winiecki (Elizabeth), Nichol Winiecki, Peter Stangl (Emily), Stephen Stangl (Hope) and Nathan Stangl. He is also survived by nine great‑grandchildren.
