He is survived by: his son Greg; his stepchildren, Rick Hurt (Debbie) and Connie Pollock (Jack); his grandchildren, Mitchell Ennis (Alicia), Sarah Seelig (Trevor), Nicole Ennis, Cassandra Ruschen (Jerrick), Tim Johnson (Lisa), Steven Hanson (Mandi), Jordan Hurt, Jena Hannon (Ryan), Kara Kotila (Isaac), Danny Kampa and DJ Kampa; his great grandchildren, Blake, Brody, Paisley, Asher, Payton, Porter, Aria, Thatcher, Callum, Brooke, Hawkyn, Raegan and Donovan; and his sisters, Sharon Guetter (Roger) and Jeanine Ennis. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
