She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Nierengarten (Barthel) and Carl A. Nierengarten; her sister Mary Fogarty; and her daughter Jackie McBride. She is survived by: her son John M. Kitchar; her grandsons, Nicholas and Brooks McBride; her significant other Joseph Leverone; her siblings, Carol, Sharon, Dennis and Gary Nierengarten (Carol Plachecki); and her sons-in-law, Lyric McBride of St. Cloud and John Fogarty of Northfield.
