She was predeceased by : her parents, Marjorie Lou and Ervin Martell Hayes; and her husband Gregory Scott Hamilton. She is survived by : her children, Alysha Rochelle Hayes, Martel Scott Hayes and Jedia Unique Hayes; her grandchildren, Martel Hayes Jr., Brodie Hayes, Tayvian Davis and C'Kajuh Hamilton; and her siblings, Sherri Hayes, Don Parks (Linda) and Terry Parks (Carol). She is also survived by other loving step children friends and family.
