He was predeceased by : his parents, William Ewald and Lila Ewald; his brother Bradley Ewald; and his sister-in-law Sally Kulberg. He is survived by : his wife Pat; his son Brandon Ewald (Zoe Odegard); his brother Scott Ewald; his siblings-in-law, Su Ye, Barb Klick, Greg Blaufuss and Brad Kulberg; and his nieces and nephews, Alex, Melissa, Stephanie, Elliott, Spencer, Morgan, Abby and Jonny.
