She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Simpson and Anita Simpson; her brother Loren Simpson; and her husband David Lanning. She is survived by: her sons, Joel (Erika) and Chad (Kimberly); her stepchildren, Michelle Neikirk (Peter), Eric Lanning and Ryan Lanning; her stepgrandchildren, Morgan and Josh; her sister Janet Traun (Robert); and her sister-in-law Jette Simpson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel (3888 W Broadway Ave, Robbinsdale, MN 55422). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
